At the Philippine Nurses Association of Metro Houston (PNAMH), we unite as nurses under the umbrella of the national organization, the Philippine Nurses Association of America. Our mission encompasses:

  • Unity and Community: Fostering unity among Filipino-American nurses in Metropolitan Houston and addressing nursing practice challenges.
  • Education and Collaboration: Networking with professional organizations, creating educational programs for nursing practice, education, and research.

Active Membership

Designed for Filipino-American nurses who hold licenses to practice as registered nurses in the Philippines and any state of the United States and/or its territories.

Associate Membership

Open to registered nurses of non-Filipino ethnic origin with licenses to practice in any state of the United States and/or its territories. This category also includes Licensed Vocational Nurses and Student Nurses.

Honorary Membership

Reserved for individuals recognized by the Executive Board for their outstanding service or valuable contributions to the nursing profession and the organization's objectives.

Lifetime Membership

Exclusively granted to past presidents of PNAMH, in recognition of their leadership and dedication.
